The hotel was close to the Florenc Bus Station and about 10 minutes walk from the old town with tram stops nearby. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the person at the front desk clearly explained everything about the facilities. The room was clean, basic but had all needed for comfort, and there were only two private bedrooms in the apartment.
