The room was spacious and clean with good internet access. The location was convenient near a metro station with plenty of cafes, restaurants, and a shopping mall nearby, and the connection to the historical center was very good with public transportation links allowing arrival within 10 minutes. Breakfast had slight variations every day and was very good, exceeding expectations. Parking was available on the secured backyard of the hotel for a fee or on nearby streets. The reception staff were polite and helpful, especially Adilbek from Kazakhstan who provided perfect service.
