The hotel was very clean and had spacious rooms with high ceilings that gave a sense of space. The location was great, close to Prague Castle and about a 5-minute walk to the metro station with tram and metro stops right outside the door. Olga at reception was sweet, attentive, spoke several languages, and Daniel provided excellent service by decorating the room for a birthday and offering drinks and snacks. The room had heating, a safe, Occitane shower soap, comfortable bed with lovely linen, and guests could store luggage before check-in or after check-out.
