Charles apartment featured classic Victorian charm with spotless cleanliness and thoughtful amenities, including fresh towels, toiletries, kitchen condiments, and utensils. The location was excellent, just 150 meters from the nearest bus stop and close to Old Town attractions. The staff were professional and responsive throughout the stay. Reliable alternative Wi-Fi access was provided after initial connectivity issues. The apartment offered great views onto the park and easy tram links to the castle.
