The staff was very humble, helpful, and kind throughout the stay. The location was exceptional, just 20 meters from Charles Bridge and close to other major attractions like Prague Castle. Rooms were clean and comfortable with daily housekeeping maintaining freshness. Free coffee and hot chocolate were available at the desk. Despite being in the city center, the accommodation remained quiet at night with many cafes and restaurants nearby.
