The apartment was large, well laid out, and comfortable with an enormous balcony that had a very nice view of a river, footbridge, and city suburbs skyline. The location was in a modern quarter but just across the street there was a lively area with lots of pubs, diners, and small shops popular with locals in the evenings. The building was quiet and very clean in a residential area close to the city centre only three tram stops away. Underground parking was available though the spot was tight. A very nice lady at the office waited for us at 20:30 on Friday to give keys and explain everything while fast feedback came before arrival.
