Friendly and helpful host responded quickly to requests and increased the room temperature when needed, the bathroom was newly renovated with outdoor blinds creating pleasant dimness, and the balcony had a view of the fountain, the apartment was clean with good WiFi, a comfortable bed, tea, coffee, microwave, dishes were available, parking was inside near a nicely decorated garden with a fountain and swimming pool at the back of the house, public transport connection to Prague city center was good though not very close.
