We were a big group from Croatia and Bosnia Herzegovina, and Jakob at the reception greeted us warmly, showing real care and effort to make us feel at home. Gleb, who was there the next day, was just as attentive and helpful, and both of them left a strong positive impression on us, especially since some of us also work in tourism and would be happy to have them on our team.
