Helpful staff, especially Hendrix who resolved a room issue promptly and professionally, breakfast had Prosecco and high standards of food, rooms were cozy, clean, and comfortable with elegant decor after recent renovation, location was quiet yet less than 5 minutes walk from Charles Bridge in the heart of Old Town Prague.
