Friendly staff spoke good English and gave small gifts for Christmas with gluhwein at reception, breakfast was very good and rich with long duration, rooms were clean, comfortable, basic but had everything needed with daily cleaning and towel changes. Location was perfect within 10-15 minutes walk to old town and Palladium shopping centre in a quiet area.
