Spacious, clean room with good WiFi and heating was easy to access by lift and stairs, luggage storage was a lifesaver. Friendly staff, especially the man with beard and Liza, were helpful with hotel transfers and advice. Location was close to city center, metro station, malls, tourist attractions, shops and restaurants within walking distance in a quiet area.
