The hotel was located in a quiet residential area close to the metro and tram lines with shops, cafes, and restaurants nearby. The room was big, clean, and functional with comfortable beds and daily towel changes. The staff was very helpful speaking English and German, allowing late check-out, providing extra pillows, calling taxis, and serving good coffee and sweets for breakfast which had a sufficient choice of foods and beverages. Parking was available both in the hotel's garage and public parking near the hotel within 1-2 minutes walk.
