Fully equipped kitchen had plenty of dishes, spices, and dry goods left by previous guests while the boat was clean, cozy, and comfortable with a nice view to the river, heater and AC were in every room for temperature regulation. The host was really helpful and communication with the owner was very good. Free parking was outside and tram access to old city town was easy. Binoculars, projector, and canvas screen were provided for bird watching in a peaceful area near shops, bars, restaurants, tram stops, and bus lines.
