Clear instructions for check-in and key collection were provided with photos, and communication with the hosts was uncomplicated and swift. The apartment was modern, very clean, with a comfortable bed, mini-fridge, fan, hair dryer, TV, and a nice shower/bathroom, it was located in a quiet street close to the old town and main station within walking distance of many restaurants and tourist attractions.
