We stayed in a spacious luxury apartment with all the facilities we needed, plus hotel-like perks, and the restaurant served delicious food in a great atmosphere. The customer service was outstanding everywhere, from the front desk to the kitchen, and the tranquil Wellness room was a real highlight. The location was spot on in a nice upmarket area, close to top restaurants and easy access to trams, buses, and the metro, so we'd definitely book here again if we come back to Prague.
