We found the location in Prague 1 really convenient, close to Old Town, attractions, restaurants, and public transport, and the apartment was spacious with a kitchen and living area that worked well for us. However, the poor cleanliness and an unsafe vibe put a damper on things, so while the space and location were good, the place definitely needs better upkeep.
