The location was very central near Wenceslas Square and close to the train station. The staff were helpful and responded quickly by changing the room when there was a loud guest. The beds were comfortable, the rooms were clean, and a female-only room had a private bathroom. Free mulled wine was served in winter, but the elevator was out of service during the visit.
