Friendly and helpful staff, especially a lovely Ukrainian lady at breakfast and a young man at reception, made the stay exceptional. The breakfast had a nice selection of cakes, pastries, cold cuts, sausages, eggs with fresh omelettes and porridge from the chef, special gluten-free treats were prepared for celiac needs. The building was beautiful and charming with double glazed windows that blocked street noise making it quiet inside despite being on a busy street. The room was cute, cozy and comfortable with a divine bed. The location was right in the centre of Old Town near Charles Bridge which made exploring major sights easy.
