Helpful staff, especially Ravi and the 24/7 reception, made the stay easier and more comfortable. The bar downstairs was great for socialising and the kitchen area was well equipped. The capsule room had good privacy with a mirror for changing. Christmas dinner was exceptionally good and welcoming. The shower and toilet facilities were decent sized and clean. Shops, supermarkets, and a tram stop were within a 3-minute walk in a quiet area of town.
