Complimentary mini bar with a bottle of Prosecco and sparkling wine was provided, and the bathroom had L’Occitane toiletries with a spacious shower. The staff were kind, professional, and multilingual, especially Muhammed who helped with luggage when the lift was out of order. The room was clean, comfortable with high-quality slippers and tea and coffee available. The location was amazing, just minutes from Charles Bridge, Lesser Prague Archway, St Nicholas Church, and Christmas markets.
