Staff were very kind and gave a magnet, vouchers, Prague pass with discounts, and complimentary prosecco with a card for a birthday. The rooftop bar had incredible 360-degree views over Prague towards the castle and offered free mulled wine at reception when closed. The room was spacious, clean, cozy with an attic view of the museum and a free-standing bath.
