The apartment was clean, spacious for four adults, with an iron in the wardrobe and a washing machine in the bathroom. The location was excellent with a 5-minute walk to tram and bus stops, close to shops and city center. The garden was big when warm, free parking was available nearby, and communication with the owner was fast and kind regarding sheets and towels.
