The flat was ideally located on a quiet street with easy access to metro, tram, and rail stations. The spacious apartment featured modern appliances, comfortable beds, and a well-equipped kitchen. Nearby amenities included numerous restaurants, cafes, grocery stores, and reasonably priced parking just 100 meters away. High ceilings added to the roomy feel of the space.
