We found the place to be good value with a fridge and microwave nearby, plus a separate kitchen on the floor, though you'd need to bring or buy your own dishes if staying longer. It felt like a spot where people really settle in for weeks or months, and it stayed pretty quiet even with the tram line right there. The location was handy, just outside the city center but well connected by tram and train, with several supermarkets an easy walk away.
