Friendly staff, especially George at check-in and Robert who helped with parking, were very helpful and accommodating. The room had a comfortable double bed, own fridge, bathroom with towel warmer, and a tiny kitchenette. Beds were very comfortable and the bathroom was clean. Location was incredible, close to public transport like metro and trams, shops, bakeries, restaurants, Christmas Market and within walking distance to sights with a great view of the National Museum outside. Wi-Fi was pretty good.
