Spacious apartment with large bedrooms, comfy beds, air conditioning, and a big balcony that had a beautiful view of Prague especially in the evening, the kitchen was fully kitted out with a clean fridge and there was a washing machine that cleaned well. The staff were responsive and helpful, allowing luggage storage after checkout and phone charging at reception while also assisting promptly with queries, transfer to and from the airport was arranged by reception. The location was fantastic, just off Wenceslas Square within walking distance to the astronomical clock, Charles Bridge, museums, theatres, shopping venues, and many food options.
