The location was excellent, close to Andel with easy tram access to the old town. Rooms were very clean, nicely designed, and featured comfortable beds. Daily cleaning and towel replacement maintained high standards of hygiene. The staff was friendly and efficient, quickly addressing requests such as providing an iron and ironing board. Breakfast offered a good variety, though fruit options were limited for some dietary needs. The bar/lounge area was functional and met basic requirements.
