The hotel was new, clean, and located in the heart of Prague with everything near. The staff were friendly, professional, and helpful with special thanks to Mr. Álvaro Montero for exceptional assistance. The room was spacious and well laid out in an Art Deco style suite facing the back of the building. The restaurants, rooftop terrace, bars, gym, and spa were excellent with outstanding service from doorman to housekeeping.
