The location was very convenient, just a minute walk from the O2 Arena and close to a shopping mall. The room was basic but exceptionally clean, featuring a mini fridge and a comfortable bed. Reception staff were professional and accommodating, even arranging late check-in through family members. Daily housekeeping included towel changes and rubbish removal. Parking options were available nearby, with good public transport connections within 20 minutes to the city center.
