Helpful staff, especially the receptionist who allowed early check-in at 10:30 am, made a positive impression. The rooms were large with excellent city views and had a stocked minibar, paper, and pen. Breakfast was great with good variety. The location was perfect on Wenceslas Square, close to the metro station and about a 10-minute walk from the main rail station and historic center.
